Apex Fees - This fee allows Apex to provide customer services and device lifecycle management in support of your discounted phone plan. Please note, these fees vary by region. A monthly administrative service fee of $5.00 per line will apply, along with a $0.75 Platform Recovery Fee, plus any applicable taxes. Taxes on administrative fees are calculated based on your billing address, applicable carrier taxes, and ZIP code. A credit card processing fee of 2.9% of the total bill will also apply.

You can check your device network status here. Devices must be unlocked by the existing carrier before they will work on Verizon’s network. Please communicate with your service provider to determine their unlock device policies.

Yes, any US driver who currently uses Verizon is welcome to sign up for this program and qualifies to use their current phone with the $15/month rate (plus taxes and fees bring total to approximately $30.70).

Step 1: You will need to reach out to Verizon Customer Care at to have you number(s) released, and make sure you have a zero-dollar balance. Step 2: We will send you a billing registration email and pay enrollment fee(s). Step 3: Once paid, you’ll get a Docusign from support@apexwireless.biz account to sign any transfer paperwork. Step 4: Apex will send your request to the Verizon for processing, and once your number is moved billing will begin.

As a US driver you are eligible for the program, but you may need the authorized account holder to approve the transfer prior to us being able to move the number(s) in question to the Evergreen program account.

Absolutely! We can port any eligible line number from an eligible carrier. Please note that some carriers have their own port-out-policies, and we will do our best to facilitate the process so you can keep your phone number.

This is currently a pilot program with limited availability; we intend to offer this to all US drivers who have been active on our platform for at least 90 days once we launch.

How does international usage work when I travel outside the United States? If you use your device while traveling internationally, an international travel package will automatically be added to your line at $6 per day for Canada and Mexico. $10 per day on any day your device is used overseas. To help avoid unexpected charges, please turn off data roaming on your device before traveling. If roaming remains enabled, additional carrier charges beyond the daily international package may apply, depending on your usage and destination.
